• Enter data from wish grant application/ nomination forms into tracking document

• Follow up with recipients on diagnosis confirmations and concert choices

• Reach out to wish grant recipients for wish grant testimonials and share them with the Marketing and Outreach Manager

• Assist the Program Coordinator with standard administrative tasks such as processing reimbursements, booking hotels, mailing items, etc.

Desired Class Levels: Sophomore – Senior (Undergraduate)

Time Commitment:

• Required 4- 8 hrs. Per week. Mondays & Wednesdays or Tuesdays & Thursdays

Other qualifications:

• Can work remotely
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Patience, sensitivity and understanding
• Self- sufficient & independent
