We are looking for an energetic contributor to join us on our mission supporting entrepreneurs using technology to accelerate impact.

We’re a small, tight-knit team of passionate doers and problem solvers leveraging the power of the tech community to support tech nonprofit entrepreneurs. Our products and programs connect job candidates, volunteers, and donors to over 300 tech-based nonprofits.

The Program Coordinator is responsible for managing Fast Forward’s programs for tech nonprofits. This includes managing the summer accelerator program, growing our online community, and maintaining the job board. The Program Coordinator works in close partnership with tech nonprofit organizations and their supporters, including mentors and speakers.

The Program Coordinator will work closely with Fast Forward’s Executive Director to drive success of our programs. This position is based in the Presidio in San Francisco, CA.

• Manage the accelerator program from recruitment, application and interview process, day-to-day operations, demo day, and impact analysis
• Help plan and manage events including Demo Day, Accelerate Good Global, holiday party, and other events
• Manage the Job Board, an opportunities platform of paid and volunteer positions at tech nonprofits
• Foster and grow the tech nonprofit network, a private community of tech nonprofit leaders
• Manage the Directory, an online directory of tech nonprofits, and source new tech nonprofits
• Manage cohort resources including funder database and discounts
• Assist with outreach to target programs, universities, and other online communities
• Assist with relationship management of corporate partners and donors
• Provide logistical support
