SEEKING ENERGETIC AND CARING INDIVIDUALS TO BE PART OF OUR 2019 SUMMER TEAM!
The Fowler Center is a year-round non-profit camp for children and adults with disabilities located on 202 beautiful acres of countryside in Michigan's thumb. We offer programs in challenge education, sports & rec, creative arts, horseback riding, outdoor education, barn & garden, primitive camping, boating, and swimming & fishing. We are looking for individuals who want more than just a job this summer. Help us make a difference in the lives of the campers and families we serve.
Open positions include: lifeguards, program instructors, challenge facilitators, lead cabin counselors, cabin counselors, outpost coordinator, and outpost counselors.
All staff are responsible for the supervision and direct care (i.e. dressing, bathing, feeding, etc) of campers. Cabin Counselors will create and maintain a positive, engaging, and fun cabin atmosphere for campers. Program Instructors will plan and implement daily activities in assigned areas as well as evening program.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a desire to work with individuals with disabilities, be flexible, compassionate, and willing to work the long hours of camp. Paid position. Meals & Lodging provided.

Meals & Housing. Must live on site for the duration of each session (1 or 2 weeks at a time).
