We are looking for amazing staff who are experienced in working with youth, preferably in an outdoor setting and have strong facilitation skills, diverse life experiences and a genuine interest in the personal growth and development of young people.

Program highlights at THCK include:

• Overnight camping

-Outripping and Backpacking (3 days)

• High and low ropes challenge courses

• Canoeing

• Kayaking

• Archery

• Waterfront activities such as swimming and tubing.

We are currently recruiting the following positions for our 2017 summer camp staff team:

• Counsellors
• Trip Logistics
• Program Facilitators

These are residential positions that include full on-site accommodations. Candidates must have the ability to stay on site during camp sessions (10 days).

Required Certifications Include:

• Standard Frist Aid
• CPR

Beneficial certifications or assets:

• Wilderness First Aid (WFA)
• American Red Cross Lifeguarding
• ACCT-accredited Challenge Course certifications.
