Summer Camp Program Director
- Responsibilities
- Plan, Implement and Evaluate all summer programming for an all girls overnight camp to include daily evening activities, specialty events, competition days etc
- Oversee supervisors in 5 program areas- Waterfront, Sports, Hobbies, Trips and Horseback
- Ensure daily schedule of activities run smoothly
- Assist in purchasing of supplies and equipment as needed

- Seeking someone with experience in a lead role at an overnight camping/residential program
- At least 2 years experience in a supervisory role
- Ability to lead large groups of children in activities
- Proven record of planning and implementing fun activities for large groups of youth
- Compensation$450-$480/week BOE with room and board included

YMCA Camp Foss is an overnight camp located in Strafford, NH for girls aged 8-15 years old. Located on 275 acres of woods between Parker and Evans mountains. Camp Foss provides a setting that promotes exploration and personal development. Staff teach activities such as swimming, sports, archery, horseback riding, arts,dance and more. Our staff are youth development professionals that promote the Y values of caring, respect, responsibility and honesty.
