Rise in the City is looking for 6 volunteers to help run the annual Event Inspiring Change on Wednesday, October 25th. You will be part of 500 high profile professionals including developers, owners, senior designers, principals from the top architecture firms, chief executives of major manufacturing and supplier companies, artists, art collectors.

Responsibilities include:

• Registering & checking guests in.
• Spreading energy and information about Rise in the City's mission while getting people excited about participating in the auction!
• Showing up at 5:30 pm on the 10/25 for a brief training.

rise in the city is a unique art event, featuring a competition, exhibit and auction, created to catalyze social enterprises in Africa. NYC is being split into 100 virtual blocks.

Leading artists, designers and architects are invited to create a work of art representing a block of the city. 100 companies have the opportunity to sponsor a NYC block. All these incredible artworks will be exhibited and available for purchase through an exclusive auction at rise in the city.

A high profile jury will shortlist the 10 best pieces and the overall winner will be announced at the event. 100% of proceeds will go directly to the project because BOND Events underwrites rise’s operating expenses.
