Position Summary
The Next Generation Operations (NGO) Product Team is transforming how refining operations are executed by building a connected, real-time operational ecosystem that links the entire Refining value chain. Our vision is to deliver a persona-based "single pane of execution" that enables operations personnel to make better and faster decisions.
We are seeking a highly collaborative Business Systems Analyst (BSA) who can bridge business strategy, operational excellence, and technology delivery. This role will partner closely with refining business stakeholders, product leadership, and a strategic software vendor to define, develop, and implement next-generation capabilities that improve operational visibility, accountability, and decision-making across the refining value chain.
Successful candidates will excel at connecting people, processes, and technology. They will be equally comfortable facilitating workshops with operations personnel, collaborating with commercial and planning stakeholders, and partnering with external software vendors to deliver innovative digital capabilities. They will help drive the transformation from siloed systems and processes to a connected operational environment that provides real-time visibility, improves decision-making, and creates a seamless feedback loop between planning and execution across the refining value chain.
