What You’ll Do…

As an Entry Level Electrical Engineer, you will participate in the development and sustainability of electronic systems, working under the guidance of our electrical engineering lead. Your responsibilities will include analog and digital circuit design, circuit analysis and characterization, testing, and documentation.

We’re looking for candidates who have experience with:

• Analog and digital circuit design and analysis
• Deep understanding of common circuit building blocks and components, including:
  • amplifiers
  • filters
  • switches
  • transformers
• Experience with sensor acquisition systems circuit design and analysis
• Strong understanding of common acquisition system terminology and requirements.

What You’ll Bring to Our Team

Required Qualifications:

• Comfortable using standard electronics lab equipment
• Experience with programming and data analysis using tools like Matlab and Python
• knowledgeable in engineering design calculations pertaining to mechanical, hydraulic, and thermal loads.
• A minimum degree of BS in Electrical Engineering or a similar discipline is required, with an advanced degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Reliable transportation to and from work daily is required.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States both now and in the future; Halliburton will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.

• Self -starters with leadership capabilities, innovative ideas, and the ability to express ideas to team members.
• Prior intern, co-op, or research experience
• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Strong communication & presentation skills
