What You’ll Do…
The Field Associate Program is designed to develop foundational, hands-on knowledge of Halliburton’s Mainstays – Business Acquisition Process (BAP), Listen and Respond, Service Quality Minimums, the Technology Acquisition Process (TAP), and Continuous Improvement. Field Associates may actively participate in well-site activities, including the rig-up and rig-down of equipment, reinforcing safety, and service quality to gain a broad operational understanding of a Product Service Line (PSL) and its customer response at the point of delivery.
The program provides structured opportunities for learning, application, and assessment. Throughout the program, Field Associates deliver breakout presentations to demonstrate their understanding of the assigned PSL, key operational processes, and practical field application.
