    What You’ll Do…

    This position is located in Houston, TX. Our intern program philosophy is to “recruit once, hire twice” with the hope to hire interns back into full-time or return internship roles.

    The internship program assignments are 10-14 weeks in duration and are full-time in-person internships. The summer 2026 internship is expected to begin on May 17, 2026.

    Project Develop a robust multi-agent AI system that autonomously connects to multiple enterprise databases (e.g., subsurface data repositories and production data), performs intelligent data analysis, and produces interactive 3D visualizations via automated code generation, improving data accessibility, accelerating decisions, and driving cross-department innovation.

    Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, orchestrate, and evaluate agentic workflows that query subsurface and production data sources; implement context management, tool use, and Text-to-SQL.
    • Autogenerate clean, production-ready code for 3D visualizations and data apps; integrate observability, security, and guardrails.
    • Partner with domain experts to validate insights and performance; document patterns for reuse across Landmark products.
    • Utilize popular agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, LangChain) and enable deployment on hyperscalers (Azure, AWS) for scalability and resilience

    What You’ll Bring to Our Team

    Required Qualifications:

    • Pursuing CS (or related); MS/PhD preferred. Experienced final year Bachelor’s students will be considered.
    • Hands-on with multi-agent systems and LLMs (e.g., LangGraph/LangChain or similar including AWS / Google) and LLMs (RAG, tool calling, function/agent routing); strong context/prompt engineering.
    • Proficiency in Python; experience with APIs, SQL, data pipelines, and cloud platforms.
    • Exposure to enterprise data workflows: understanding of data governance and lineage and designing ETL/ELT and streaming pipelines

    Desired Qualifications:

    • 3D visualization or graphics experience (WebGL/Unity/Unreal).

    This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. To qualify, your university and/or permanent address must be more than 50 miles from your work location.

    • Corporate housing is provided for the summer to those candidates who qualify.

    Salary Range: $26/hour for students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree; $31/hour for students pursuing a Master’s; $36/hour for those pursuing a PhD
