Supply Chain: The Supply Chain organization is an integral part of Halliburton’s success. We collaborate with Field Operations and Technology to procure, manufacture, repair, and deliver the equipment used from the time a well is drilled until the formation is depleted. We are recognized for the quality of our equipment and our economical methods of solving complex problems that occur in the oil and gas industry. 

The Supply Chain Management Program is the ideal opportunity for students whose passion is excellence, and who are driven to continually develop, hone, and apply their leadership skills in an organization where opportunity is truly unlimited. Participants in the program are exposed to Halliburton’s supply chain organization, from strategic sourcing to logistics and from manufacturing to materials management. The SCMP program is designed to cultivate future leaders. 

The Supply Chain Management Program:

1. Focuses on the development of key leadership competencies critical to the success of the Supply Chain Division through a continuous stream of future leaders. 
2. Provides opportunities to drive improvement within the business today with realized impact to the bottom line.

  

Program Summary:

• Fast Paced: 2½ year rotational program consisting of five 6-month assignments – assignments are project based including a supervisory role and the potential to work at one of our international locations. Each rotation, you will move locations and work in various product lines and Supply Chain functions. 
• High impact: Assignments have defined business deliverables and include active mentoring and quarterly presentations with key business leaders. You will be challenged to grow as a problem solver and dynamic leader. 
• High Visibility: The SCMP is fully supported by our executive leadership team. You will interact with our senior leaders on a regular basis through formal presentations and individual coaching. 
• Potential assignment focus areas: Manufacturing Process Improvements, Lean 6 Sigma, Risk Analysis, Health Safety & Environment, Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, Maintenance, Inventory Management, Quality, Finance, Field Operations and Logistics. 
• Invaluable experience gained in leadership, teaming, decision making, problem solving, project management, supervisory skills, employee relations, time management, negotiation, change management, and presentation skills. 
• Structured training and development curriculum in business, leadership, and teaming skills.

 

++Location:++ Assignments will be based at various manufacturing locations. Candidates must be open to relocation. Placement will be determined based on business needs and project alignment; specific site preferences cannot be accommodated or guaranteed. Opportunities for global assignments may be available during the latter part of the program.

Relocation: Must be willing to relocate. You will relocate every 6 months through the duration of the 2 ½ years. Work Authorization: Candidates who are not legally authorized to work in the United States or those needing visa sponsorship presently or in the future, will not be considered.
