We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Supply Chain Sustainability Team and work within our Supply Chain Center of Excellence. This team is responsible for all aspects of sustainable supply chain management, including assessing supply chain impact, carbon footprint, and human rights due diligence, as well as promoting ESG training and assessments, supplier diversity, and industry-wide collaboration. The ideal candidate is passionate about sustainability, has excellent data manipulation skills, and is excited about the opportunity to make a positive impact in the world.

As a Sustainability Data Analyst, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Developing and managing ESG data tools and platforms to enhance our sustainability efforts
• Providing ESG platform support for internal and external users
• Analyzing and reporting on supply chain sustainability data and Scope 3 Carbon Footprint data
• Generating supplier diversity reports
• Managing internal and external supply chain ESG communications
• Identifying and implementing new sustainability initiatives and solutions

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• An undergraduate degree in Engineering, Science, Marketing, Business, or Supply Chain Management or a related discipline
• Excellent data manipulation skills using tools such as Excel and Power BI
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders
• The ability to work well as part of a cross-functional team
• A passion for sustainability, innovation, and continuous improvement
