The ideal candidate is a rising junior or senior (mature beyond their years) with a keen digital savvy, an abiding interest in a career in media and technology, and a curiosity about the strategy and business operations side of these sectors.
The intern will report to the Global Director of Talent and Culture who will manage the intern's summer activities. 80% of the intern's time will be spent coordinating aspects of the business operations management and strategy/organizational change initiatives at Piano's NYC headquarters.
This will include:
Running/analyzing operations performance metrics reports
Coordinating weekly progress reporting on company/function strategic goals
Producing and circulating a bi-weekly internal newsletter
Managing our quarterly awards recognition program
The remaining 20% of the intern's time will be spent on a rotation through several NYC-based functions: sales, business development, client services, finance, and technology product development.
