We are looking for a Business Operations Associate to join a small team of highly-skilled professionals whose focus is on bringing more users and businesses onto the pulsd platform.
We are New Yorkers who are all about New York City. Current partners include hundreds of local businesses, all the way up to mega brands such as Tao Group, Union Square Hospitality, Bluebird London NYC, Peloton, Skin Spa, Eataly, The Bowery Hotel and many more.

The Business Operations Associate will report to The Business Operations Manager and will be responsible for managing operations during the weekend, Saturday & Sunday, either from our office in SoHo or from home. You will have a 3 day weekend during the regular business week, and will get to pick the 3 days you will be taking off.
This is a Full Time position, with full benefits, that will require a 4 day work schedule.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily business operations including responding to all in-bound customer and partner inquiries and requests.
Understand customer and partner needs and requirements, and have the ability to prioritize inbound customer requests.
Work with the Business Development team to ensure seamless execution of promotion launches.
Analyze performance of current offers daily to determine exposure across the platform.
Provide feedback to the team on how to improve offerings, product, and practices.
Requirements:
Ability to cover operations on weekends in addition to 2 days during the week from 9:00am-6:00pm EST, equating to a full-time role.
Ability to work in-person in our SoHo office during the week with option to work from home for weekend coverage.
Graduate with a bachelor’s degree from a leading university or liberal arts college.
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service, account management, or business operations role, or a strong interest in the two, and desire to start a career in the field at full speed.
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and passion for providing the highest level of customer service.
Experience in interacting with customers and partners via email, telephone, and in person.
Basic understanding of New York City’s hospitality and entertainment industries - and a desire to make this not only central to your career but central to your day to day life.
Intellectual curiosity & a high level of emotional intelligence.
Prior usage of pulsd and familiarity with the platform a plus.
Fluency in a 2nd & 3rd language is a plus.
