Responsibilities:

• Draft TV, digital, radio, and podcast pitches for Axios talent
• Manage booking logistics
• Compile and organize booking media lists
• Manage incoming media requests for Axios talent
• Brainstorm new and compelling ways to pitch Axios talent
• Keep aware of what’s happening in the newsroom
• Track Axios media hits and coverage
• Create and manage targeted media lists for Axios events
• Manage press at Axios events

• Demonstrated interest in news and the evolution of the media industry
• Ability to write clearly, cleanly, and quickly
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in high-pressure news environment
