Responsibilities: 

• Maintain office services; including supplies, contracts, invoices and facility management 
• Liaise with IT, Finance and Talent teams for employee on-boarding 
• Coordinate our 2018 office relocation 
• Run weekly all-staff meetings and presentations 
• Manage catering orders and Snaxios 
• Manage office credit card and monthly receipt reconciliations 
• Oversee company travel and relationship with travel agency 
• Partner with Chief of Staff on special projects

Qualifications: 

• 1-3 years professional experience 
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Interpersonal skills; someone who loves working with people and brings a positive attitude everywhere they go
• Ability to work quickly, with flexibility and discretion, and communicate effectively  
• Experience as an office assistant or office manager preferred
• Experience working with high-level executives preferred
