    We love coders that have a passion for code and do so in their spare time. Good foundation in CS is great, but some of the best coders we've met have been self-taught or had to learn coding as part of their other areas of interest, for example, Physics, Math or other sciences. Some just learned to code by themselves. Be able to illustrate your passion for building things in code.

    If you are a fit, I'll give you projects that will be a great resume booster and allow you to have bragging rights as to having helped a nonprofit publisher. The volunteer positions are currently unpaid, but post launch there may be some stipends available.
