The Dow Jones PIB Technology Product Engineering team is seeking an agile, smart, energetic undergraduate student to join our team for Summer 2020. In this role you’ll gain hands on experience and work in the engineering team, building cool applications, APIs, tools. We’re looking for someone that is ready to take initiative and put both their analytical and communication skills to use.

In this role you will:

• Be part of scrum teams, code application components, build UIs, extend features in applications build APIs
• Document features, testing (manual and automated)

• Working towards a bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least two years of school successfully completed
• Exposure to building both the client and server-side of consumer-facing web applications
• Good analytical skills, problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to work in a team
• Currently a rising college sophomore, junior, or senior
• Intellectually curious, willing to express thoughts freely
• Knowledge in Javascript, HTML, CSS, RESTful API, NODE
• Knowledge or understanding of GIT, unit, automated testing tools
• Knowledge or understanding of cloud services like AWS
• Minimal Knowledge of Javascript frameworks like Angular, React
