About the Role:

Dow Jones is looking for an eager intern to join our T&E Team for the summer! You will report to the Manager, Global Travel & Expenses and can expect to obtain working knowledge of the expense reconciliation and credit card management process. You will assist in driving and rolling out process improvements. In addition, you will work on Finance administrative tasks including, but not limited to, performing audits, reviewing expense reports, and providing end user assistance.

This role is hybrid, based in our Princeton, NJ office.

You Will:

• Help drive process improvement for our expense and credit card management

• Participate in rolling out improvements for our credit card application process.

• Provide end user assistance

• Participate in auditing expense reports and pulling data reports for compliance

• Assist the team with various projects

• Help organize team documents

• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with our T&E third party vendors

• Coordinate communications and trainings

You Have:

• Completed at least one year of school, working towards a bachelor's degree

• Strong GPA (3.0 or higher); previous relevant internship or part-time work experience is a plus

• A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment

• An analytical approach to solving problems

• Competency with the MS Office suite, particularly Excel

• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail
