About the Role:

In this role, you will report to the SVP of Global Real Estate and Workplace Evolution and have the opportunity to work within the different operational functions of our team. You will spend time with each senior leader throughout our global organization.

This role is hybrid, based in our New York City office.

You Will:

• Spend about a week with each senior leader to gain a deeper understanding of their team’s function including, global real estate, lease administration, workplace evolution, project delivery and workplace strategy, and facilities management

• Be responsible for the development of an automated dashboard displaying our global real estate locations, linking to various data systems

• Learn about the developing partnership of workplace and talent management, and headcount planning

• Gain insight into the constantly evolving strategic relationship between hybrid workforce planning and real estate, AKA how we right size our office space and makeup to support our workforce most effectively

You Have:

• Proficiency in tableau or a similar system to create automated dashboards

• Proficiency in G-Suite applications

• An interest in global real estate or workplace design would be a plus

• Incredible communication skills, both written and verbal

• An interest developing your strategic thinking skills and learning more about the relationship between real estate and our business

NYC Pay Range: $21.00/hour
