About the Role:

In addition to working closely with sales teams, supporting them with sales order tasks, you will have the opportunity to partner with many other groups around the organization. These teams include Dow Jones order management, Legal, and Product. You are a self-starter who has a keen eye for detail, asks questions to clarify understanding, and has a desire to ensure data is correct.

This role is Hybrid, based in our Rockville, Houston or Atlanta office.

You Will:

• Assist in the preparation, analyzing, and documenting process for sales reporting

• Create and maintain sales performance related spreadsheets and/or databases for sales management

• Assist in developing data model for forecasting

You Have:

• Knowledge of MS Office applications; specifically, Word and Excel

• The ability to effectively prioritize tasks

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organization skills and the ability to organize thoughts and ideas

• The ability to interact professionally

• The ability to work under moderate supervision and handle multiple tasks

• Experience in building Power BI reports, would be a plus

• Experience in building databases, would be a plus
