    About the Role:

    As the Talent Management and Organizational Development intern, you will be a part of the People team, reporting to the Head of Talent Management. You will support the implementation and roll out of a new performance management philosophy and process.This role is hybrid, based in our New York City office.

    You Will:

    • Support change management efforts to create awareness and reinforcement of new performance management process, philosophy and tool

    • Work closely with the Learning and Development team to support training initiatives and ensure employees are enabled / have the tools and resources they need to use the new performance management process and tool

    You Have:

    • Enrollment in a college course with a concentration in human resources, organizational development, I/O psychology or related field

    • Interest/ exposure to learning and development/ training

    • Interest/ exposure to change management best practices

    • Experience in training delivery/ design would be a plus, but not required

    • Ability to handle multiple aspects of a project simultaneously

    • Attention to detail and are organized

    • Ability to be resourceful and work independently

    • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to interact at different levels in the organization

    NYC Pay Range: $21.00/hour
