Axios is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our People Operations team. Are you interested in joining a young, dynamic company that’s growing quickly and changing digital media as we know it? Do you want to join a collaborative team, and have a real impact on our business?

In just 9 months we’ve built an 80+ person, multi-state successful digital media company. We’re building a best-in-class people operation function to support our incredible team, and our growth is just beginning! I’m looking for someone who is passionate about both Axios’ mission and building the best possible team to make our ambitions a reality.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support all talent acquisition efforts: help find and hire top talent
• Work with the People Operations team to build a best in class talent acquisition function
• Attend networking and industry events to meet candidates
• Support our recruiters throughout the recruiting process
• Help build a positive candidate experience and help manage our applicant tracking system

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-3 years professional experience
• Interest in talent acquisition or HR broadly
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Demonstrated success at managing a calendar and scheduling
• Interpersonal skills; someone who loves working with people and brings a positive attitude everywhere they go
