Trips Coordinators assist with the transportation and fun of Camp! These two coordinators will work together to carry out prescheduled adventures from Whitewater Rafting to ziplining to hikes at The Carl Sandburg House. These women are typically at least 21 years of age, learn to be comfortable driving 15-passanger vans, and are eager for the next excitement ahead.

• Must be 21+
• Must pass background check

• On site housing/ day staff availability
• Must be able to meet trip eligibility requirements
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications during term of employment.

• Effectively communicate in both verbal and written communications
• Work with and have patience for children for up to 24 hours a day ensure the safety and wellbeing of children under your care for up to 24 hours a day; be comfortable and work effectively in an outdoor or natural setting; make decisions in high-stress situations; function and thrive in a community with very little personal space; live and work with other people up to twenty-four (24) hours a day

Room & food provided for position. This position is seasonal. Late May through Early August.

Onsite housing is available if desired. This position can also be a day staff role.

Recruiting Bonus

$175/full summer or $50/session individual recruited

Only eligible if recruited employee completes a full summer work agreement.

Merit Bonus Up to $1000 Members of our leadership team are eligible to receive up to $1000 pending job position and performance during their full summer work agreement.
