Our Waterfront Director is responsible for the daily operations for all waterfront activities (swimming, canoeing, and kayaking) at Camp TAW. In addition to training our Lifeguards, she schedules cabin swim schedules and leads all swim lessons. This staff member ensures the safety of our campers and staff on the Lake.

• Must be 21+
• Ability to pass WSI Certification
• Must pass background check

• Effectively communicate in both verbal and written communications
• Work with and have patience for children for up to 24 hours a day ensure the safety and wellbeing of children under your care for up to 24 hours a day; be comfortable and work effectively in an outdoor or natural setting; make decisions in high-stress situations; function and thrive in a community with very little personal space; live and work with other people up to twenty-four (24) hours a day

Room & food provided for position. This position is seasonal. Late May through Early August.

Members of our leadership team are eligible to receive up to $1000 pending job position and performance during their full summer work agreement.
