Job Description
We are actively hiring a Technical Service Representative to provide over the phone technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our field technicians. We produce commercial food service equipment that are primarily used by the top restaurants in the Chicago land area. Our Technical Service Representative will be responsible for responding to service calls, getting an understanding of the situation from the field service technicians, diagnosing/reporting issues, and making repair suggestions based on the appropriate needs. We are providing an extensive training program in the first 1 to 3 months to get familiar with our equipment and establish a foundation of knowledge in our industry. We are offering a competitive and competitive and negotiable salary with the option of making additional $400 a week for being on call during Saturday.
