Intern (Ahtna shareholders only) Ahtna Construction & Primary Products
Corporation - Anchorage, AK 99503 Internship The Summer Intern position
is based out of Anchorage, Alaska. The successful candidate will work
with the Ahtna Construction Department in Anchorage and an Ahtna Netiye
Staff in Anchorage (1) performing work associated with the Construction
Program which may include financial and administrative oversight,
program procedures and various office and field opportunities to
implement and maintain the Program. These positions are open to Ahtna
Shareholders beginning in June and will run for approximately 8-weeks.
College age candidates who are attending or considering attending a
post-secondary school in pursuit of a natural resource program are
highly encouraged to apply. Salary DOE Essential Duties &
Responsibilities * Assist Construction Staff * Attend safety, emergency
evacuation, eLogic training * Site visits: Valdez, Fairbanks, and Palmer
- Plan PowerPoint presentations * Other duties as assigned Qualification
Requirements Applicants must be an Ahtna shareholder or shareholder
descendant who is a college age student or current college age student
who is attending post-secondary education. Other non-college students
are encouraged to apply and will be ranked accordingly. The target ages
are 18-24 years old. * Attending a college or entering a post-secondary
program in 20118-20119 * A minimum of one (1) season of working in land,
fiancé or administrative roles * Basic knowledge of Ahtna Customs and
Traditions * Minimum age: 18 Required Documents 1. Application Essay of

descendant, proof of relationship to original Ahtna shareholder 3.
Current resume Preferred Qualifications * Drivers license and clean
driving record. * Prior experience of Pipeline and construction projects
