We have a Customer Service Supervisor position available in our Service Warranty and Repair Department. The right candidate will work closely with the Service Support Manager to ensure our team of Customer Service Representatives are well trained and mentored to provide an exceptional customer experience to our clients.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Supervise the day to day activities of our Customer Service Representatives to ensure the team is meeting our customers’ expectations
• Participate in staff recruitment and selection
• Conduct training of all standard operating procedures
• Evaluate current processes and recommend changes as needed
• Conduct weekly progress meetings and review sessions to keep team focused on department objectives
• Review and approve time sheets and manage time off requests
• Responsible for team reporting and form updates
• Review customer invoices
• Monitor client portal scorecards that rate our performance and take actions necessary to improve as needed

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO US:

• 2-5 years of supervisory experience
• Construction experience would be most helpful in this role
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office products
