QA MANAGER is responsible for Implementing and maintaining quality assurance programs to ensure finished products meet product's quality standard requirements throughout production related departments.
Closely monitor process compliance to maintain accurate and continuous quality product output. Report quality related issues, and QA activities/production to Engineering on the daily basis. Consult Engineering for process improvement, and process change incorporation.
Conducts risk management plans including any engineering/design changes in the qualification process to ensure mass production success.
Drives process performance improvements to ensure process stability during mass production.
Manages the planning and execution of product testing efforts, including all associated resources to meet committed delivery dates.
Provides effective communication regarding issues, objectives, initiatives and performance to plan.
5. Interacts with engineering, production, support team counterparts, and executives to help meet mass production quality readiness goals.
Monitors root cause and corrective action reporting but also analyzes trends for corrective actions and implements assessment/grading to drive ongoing improvement.
Manages multiple teams and levels of employees including management level. Works with appropriate support teams and individuals to develop KPI (Key Performance Index) and expand growth opportunities that help strengthen overall team performance.
Manages the various customer/internal requirements and insures internal controls are in place to support them.
Responsible of creating task and checklists for product quality test and improvement.
Prepare formal reports and presents on the results and follow-up of action items identified from quality improvement activity
Work with the appropriate groups to disposition discrepant material found during quality inspections.
Develop the business system strategies and implement the quality program in compliance with ISO requirements and acted as corporate management representative.
Work independently with minimal direct supervision.
