JOB SUMMARY Your mission (should you choose to accept it) is to offer customer support through the phone and other forms of communication as necessary to customers who have questions, concerns or confusion around a particular product or service. You're literally the voice of the brand, and a strong relationship between our clients and their customers starts with you. So only the awesome need apply. TRAINING Typically runs Monday -Friday Training is 100% Attendance (you cannot miss ANY time during the 8 weeks of training) First 4 weeks is training and then 4 weeks of Nesting (Hands on Training) Hands on and Instructor led Training Bilingual - Training is conducted in English JOB REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

    • Must have a MINIMUM of 1 year customer Service Experience
    • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
    • Strong Computer Navigational Skills
    • Empathetic towards customers and their situations
    • Phone Related Customer service is a major Plus
    • Bilingual - must be able to translate written information from English to Spanish to assist Spanish speaking clients

    OVERVIEW OF POSITION AND DUTIES

    • Fully understands how life events can impact a customer's financial situation and is prepared to actively advise solutions and analyze/resolve complex customer problems through creative solutions.
    • Has a commitment to excellent attendance and can adhere to the agreed upon work schedule.
    • Has a dependable team-player attitude with an understanding that calls must be handled in a timely manner.
    • Communicates effectively and confidently with customers to make their financial lives better.
    • Has the ability to engage with customers - begin a conversation, anticipate possible questions, actively share information, build rapport, and handle objections.
    • Is comfortable receiving performance feedback and coaching.
    • Has the ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
    • Has 1+ years of customer service experience, including experience handling potentially difficult customer situations.
    • HOURS OF OPERATION ARE 6AM-9PM MOUNTAIN 7 DAYS PER WEEK (DEPOSITS)
    • HOURS OF OPERATION ARE 24/7 (CARDS)

    WORK ENVIRONMENT

    • Constant usage of phone and computer systems
    • Constant sedentary work. You'll typically be sitting for most of the time, so be sure to get up and stretch once in a while. Your circulatory system will thank you.
