ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking talented Customer Service Representatives to work inside our Call Center located at 4150 Church St., Sanford, Fl. 32771.

In this position you will answer customer calls within a busy call-center environment, schedule customer service appointments, and enter data into a computer system. You will take inbound calls and make outbound calls regarding appointment scheduling for maintenance agreements.

SCHEDULE

• Shift Options: Monday through Friday - 8am to 5pm, 9am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm

• Rotating weekend hours are required

• Open availability is preferred

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of Call Center experience.
• Reliable Transportation, this is not a remote opportunity.
• Experience gathering customer information and keying it into a complex computer system.
• Able to work one of the outlined FT schedules listed above
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong degree of self-motivation to provide exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated listening and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
