ARS/RR, a large national plumbing service company, is seeking an OUTSIDE COMMERCIAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE to join our team in San Diego, CA!

We are currently seeking a full time Commercial B2B Sales Professional. This position is responsible for commercial business development, building and maintaining contacts in the plumbing and contracting industry, setting up new account information, generating leads, and resolving customer issues.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Selling Plumbing and Drain Cleaning services to commercial businesses and industries
• Direct selling to outside prospects and customers primarily through face-to-face and meeting with business leaders and operation managers in the field
• Generate sales leads and obtain referrals from current customers
• Contact, visit, and service current customers frequently to ensure quality of services

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to think and act like a true “hunter”. Understanding that the bulk of your time will be spent acquiring new accounts and not acting as an account manager
• Strong technical, project management and sales skills with a track record of consistently exceeding sales goals
• Outstanding verbal and written communication and organization skills
• Highly motivated, energetic self-starter who is driven to succeed
• Minimum 5 years previous B2B commercial plumbing or similar construction sales industry experience
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Related experience and/or training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record required

Compensation includes a base rate plus commission, competitive bonus, and benefit program.
