In addition, notice will be recorded on the Snow Phone Line (617) 7465991 no later than 5:45 a.m. Marketing Associate (FT), Clergy Health & Retirement Trust, Pastoral Center SUMMARY: The office of Clergy Health & Retirement Trust at the Pastoral Center in Braintree is seeking a Marketing Associate. The Marketing Associate will function as the person responsible for managing all the aspects of the CHRT Collections (Christmas, Easter and September) along with processing thank you notes and other correspondence related to gifts received by CHRT. The role will also manage our Facebook page and website. In addition, the position will oversee gifts related to the St. John Vianney Society and the Salve Regina Legacy Society. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Create, manage, and deliver production schedules on marketing materials for each collection, as well as the production schedules needed for other strategic marketing/communications efforts and the sequencing of materials associated with those efforts Easter, Christmas, September Special Collections designated for the CHRT. * Coordinate and execute special marketing efforts, including targeted outreach to specific communities prior to a parish collection, and key mailings to donors throughout the year. * Track, manage and coordinate the mailings and renewals for the St. John Vianney Society. * Coordinate and collaborate with Boston Catholic Development Services (BCDS) on all marketing materials for each collection: Mass/bulletin announcements, full-page bulletin ad, collection envelope, small Pilot ad, Pilot op-eds, prayer card inserts for thank you letters, feature video story, etc. * Perform any website updates with new copy and/or images as needed, and track and report on website traffic and other relevant web stats using Google Analytics. * Manage CHRT Facebook page and provide recommendations on future social media outreach efforts. * Coordinate, manage and perform mail merges for various donor campaigns and ensuring that mailing lists and labels are accurate. * Handle general donor correspondence for which thank you letters (and where relevant, subsequent acknowledgment letters) are prepared: * Gifts to the Christmas, Easter, and September parish collections * Gifts to Regina Cleri, a residence for senior priests in Boston and other gifts made throughout the year * Distribution of Pentecost Cards * Distribution of Assumption Cards * Field phone calls from business managers and priests regarding questions on the collection materials or gifts made by their parishioners to the CHRT. * Coordinate seminars and retreats for various topics and events throughout the year. Tracking attendance, ordering audio-visual equipment (if needed) food and other supplies. QUALIFICATIONS: * Associates degree required; bachelors degree preferred * 2-4 years of marketing/communications experience with demonstrated ability running special events or campaigns
