The HR Systems Analyst will be responsible for processing the organization's human resource information using the Workday HRIS application and participating in the research, analysis, and implementation efforts associated with translating organization requirements into practical systems solutions. You will analyze data flows for business process improvement opportunities and help to ensure data integrity. You will also assist with the testing of systems changes and system upgrades, and develop documentation describing configuration changes. You will work to enhance the end-user experience by improving and updating help text and job aids in Workday, and acting as a resource for colleagues throughout the organization when they need guidance on or insight into the Workday application. * Generating standard and ad hoc reports and HR Metrics. * Manages testing and participates in the implementation of Workday HRIS enhancements. Collaborates with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrades or fixes. Documents processes and results. * Provides support for Workday HRIS including, but not limited to, researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet client needs and HR requirements. * Works closely with HRIS Manager to develop process and system improvements. * Serve as a key liaison with third parties vendors and other stakeholders (e.g. payroll, benefits). * Use project management skills in managing projects. May provide overall project management for a given HR initiative. What Will You Bring to this Role? * A Bachelors degree is required; preferably in Human Resources, Computer Science or related field. * Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience is required; experience in HR or HRIS preferred. * You are, ideally, familiar with project management methodologies * You have a solid understanding of HR processes and compliance. * You have a systematic mindset and passion for creating standards that help bring about efficient, high quality outcomes. * You can find practical solutions to complex problems. * You possess an understanding of, or strong interest in learning how to configure and manage the Workday HRIS system. * Your knowledge of Microsoft Excel is advanced. * You have experience working with HRIS systems, preferably Workday. * You have an appetite for researching and learning how HR processes can be translated into practical Workday systems solutions. If a bachelors degree is required, related work experience may be substituted in some positions. One year of college course work at an accredited institution is equivalent to one year of related work experience.
