In the global team, we have two roles, the Global HRIS Specialist and the Process and System Expert. The systems we use, Successfactor and SumTotal, are global HR systems to support our global HR processes: HR Master Data and Reporting, Performance management, Recruitment and Competence Development. Responsibilities/Duties As the Global HRIS Specialist, you will, together with your colleagues in India, Czech Republic, Germany, China and Sweden, be responsible for supporting employees, managers and HR with global processes and systems. You will use a global ticketing tool to manage the questions in an efficient way. Act as a contact and respond to system and process related questions and ensure necessary follow up to resolve issues within the following areas: HR master data Performance mgt Competence development Recruitment Make analysis of data quality and together with Process and System Expert take actions Performs group data updates, exports, imports, clean-ups, and researches/reports on any data discrepancies. Help secure the integrity of the data protocol and security. Make written documentation of processes and how to work with the system Hold trainings sessions with users of the systems Make mass upload of data in the system on request from HR. Assist in development of standard and customized reports in support of human resources operations. Participate in special projects as needed. Continues work with process improvements. Required Experience Bi-lingual English and Spanish required; Minimum 3+ years of experience in HRIS systems processes required; Experience in global HR systems is a plus; Experience in Successfactors, SumTotal Microsoft Office Excel experience required (VLOOKUP, pivots, databases). Required Education Bachelor's Degree in Management information systems, Social science or related field or related work experience.
