Job Description

Our AutoGlassNow corporate office is currently seeking an Office Clerk/Auditor responsible for conducting and documenting routine audit examinations throughout the corporation, the Auditor is responsible for completing the audit in accordance with the stated budget, timeframes, and department policies and standards. The Auditor also provides input to improve operational efficiency and/or enhance the design and operating effectiveness of the internal control environment. The ideal candidate will maintain a professional image through proper telephone etiquette and uphold a can-do attitude at all times.

JOB DUTIES:

• Responsible for calling store locations, on a daily basis to check and verify bank deposit are correct and notify Supervisor of any discrepancies Answering inbound and outbound calls
• Providing excellent customer service to all callers
• Input documentation on all calls and follow-up with callers as needed
• Monitor store daily part orders via an automated inventory control program, for accountability, accuracy and security on a daily basis
• Notify the store manager of any discrepancies
• Performs other duties and lends assistance to co-workers as directed by the immediate supervisor or other members of our Corporate Management Team

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to create and maintain Excel spreadsheets
• Strong communication skills
• Data entry
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks
• High School Diploma (or GED required)
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Knowledgeable and proficient in all Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Excellent organizational and multi-task skills
