    We're looking for a driven and dedicated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Your job will be to provide office support to our staff and agents by maintaining administrative systems, reviewing and processing transaction files, maintaining equipment and supplies, supervising all office activities with the goal of maximizing productivity and efficiency. Our ideal candidate has superb organizational skills, a knack for customer service, a strong understanding of the real estate transaction process, and is willing to explore change and new ideas. Does this position interest you? Apply today!! Responsibilities: • Become proficient with company equipment and systems in order to assist and train agents • Complete projects assigned by manager including reporting, coordinating office and community events, and maintaining monthly schedules • Review and process transaction files for agents • Communicate and coordinate with several departments within the company to accomplish daily tasks and assigned projects • Maintain supplies and office equipment • Handle transaction deposits in accordance with company procedures • Meet and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner • Answer and distribute incoming calls • Any and all other administrative tasks necessary to run the office as required Qualifications: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High school diploma or GED required some college is a plus • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new programs and systems with ease • Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus but not required • Energetic, enthusiastic, patient, and able to interact respectfully with multiple personality types • Positive attitude and commitment to achieving company goals Compensation: $18 per hour
