Role Summary: At Baker Hughes, the purpose of the position is to coordinate and supervise the activities of service or technical personnel via personnel assignments, job or project management, administration and technical support. Essential Responsibilities: * Responsible for multiple or single products/services in a single legal entities. * Fluids Environmental Services (FES) by assisting in the mobilization, operation and demobilization of FES equipment (i.e., dryers, centrifuges, vacuums, screw conveyors, pumps, etc.) * Monitors daily progress of job(s) or project(s). * Works independently under general supervision, requiring normal guidance and review. * Provides some technical guidance to field staff. * Handles special projects, as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements: * High School Diploma or equivalent * 3+ years experience in an oilfield operations environment. * Able to work rotating shifts and overtime as required * Relocation assistance no available * Must be fully authorized to work in the US without sponsorship, now and in the near future. * Able to work a schedule of 14/14 with rotational shifts Desired Characteristics: * Bachelor's Degree * Thorough understanding of product line/services in an operational area or district and processes and procedures of the operating area. * Thorough understanding of customer requirements. * Proficient in the use of PC's (MS Office). * Knowledge of SAP is preferred. * Ability to use specialized skills, knowledge and techniques in problem recognition and solution development Location: Broussard, Louisiana Baker Hughes, a GE company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
