Boart Longyear Company seeks an Oracle Business Analyst to work in West Valley City, UT. Duties: Provide expertise in the setup and integration points of multiple Oracle e-Business suite modules. Support ongoing business activities and continuous process improvement efforts by serving as a subject matter expert and support specialist to resolve P2P (Procure-to-Pay) business process and system issues. Design and implement software integrations with external systems via EDI/SOA frameworks. Implement new system solutions in accordance with Software Development Lifecycle. Develop functional specifications for change requests, enhancements, and interfaces. Prepare technical and functional specification documents. Develop test scenarios and perform functional & regression testing and document test results. Provide complex and unique troubleshooting assistance to employees across global business units. Work with business to perform User Acceptance Testing. Prepare Reports and Support Metrics for management. Support training activities and deliver training as required and assigned by the management. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Computer Applications, Applied Computer Science, or related field. Position requires 5 years of progressive, post-bachelor’s experience, which must include some experience with each of the following skills: Oracle EBS R12.1 or higher; Oracle AIM methodology; Sound Techno functional knowledge in Procurement modules; Oracle Workflow and Approvals Management Engine; Supporting Oracle Purchasing, i-Procurement, i-Expenses, and Oracle Payables; PL/SQL, Unix, Reports 10g and Oracle Forms 10g; Oracle SOA framework; Version control and code deployment tools (PVCS, SVN, Kintana); and Data integrations from external systems to Oracle.
