• Represent Ford GoBike at weekday and weekend tabling events including Sunday Streets
• Promote annual membership and casual membership sales through corporate partner visits, station tabling and more
• Conduct door-to-door outreach with businesses and residences
• Work in-field to install expansion notices and station posters
• Educate customers about Ford GoBike, including the bike features, removal and return procedures for bikes, kiosk signup and pricing
• Present briefings to local community groups about bike share
• Communicate success stories, key learnings, operations updates and event recaps to Marketing and Expansion teams
• Other duties as assigned

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid Driver’s License; comfortable driving in San Francisco and larger Bay Area
• High school diploma or equivalency
• Comfortable in a fast paced environment, standing, stooping, bending and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Outgoing and energetic
• Knowledge and ability to ride a bike
• Team-player
• Excellent communication skills (fluent Spanish, Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus)
• Ability to take direction and to learn basic facts about the Ford GoBike system

About Ford GoBike Bicycle sharing is a sustainable, healthy, and community-based transport option that enhances urban livability and mobility. Ford GoBike is launched in 2017, to bring 7,000 bikes and over 530 stations to San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley, Emeryville and San Jose.
