Key Aspects of Position

• Represent Ford GoBike at weekday and weekend field marketing events
• Promote membership and casual pass sales through corporate partner visits, station tabling and more
• Educate customers about Ford GoBike, including bike features, unlocking and return procedures for bikes, kiosk signup and pricing
• Communicate success stories, key learnings, operations updates and event recaps to - Marketing and Expansion teams after each shift
• Present briefings to local community groups about bike share
• Prepare event collateral and membership packets
• Support broader Marketing team initiatives, that may include in-office projects
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience

• Excellent communication skills (fluent Spanish, Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus)
• Outgoing and energetic
• Possess a passion for bicycling, urban mobility and making the Bay Area a better place to live
• Knowledge and ability to ride a bike
• Ability to work and thrive in a team setting
• Ability to take direction and to learn basic facts about the Ford GoBike system
• Able to use various mobile devices and other technology
• Ability to work with electronic platforms including Google Suite, Slack, Microsoft Suite, etc. Experience a plus.
• 18 years of age or older
• Comfortable in a fast paced environment, standing, stooping, bending and lifting up to 45 lbs
• Valid Driver’s License; comfortable driving in San Francisco and larger Bay Area
• High school diploma or equivalency

About Ford GoBike Bicycle sharing is a sustainable, healthy, and community-based transport option that enhances urban livability and mobility. Ford GoBike is launched in 2017, to bring 7,000 bikes and over 530 stations to San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley, Emeryville and San Jose.
