FDR is synonymous with " jack of all trades" - FULL DESK in our world means you can do business development as well as full cycle staffing.   Making sales calls or even going on client visits CSR CALLS ( with prospects or current clients) doesn't both you, in fact you love meeting clients and landing a new order or req.   FULL DESK RECRUITING - means when your not busy sourcing and filling orders, your making client service phone calls; up-sells and looking for new business.

 FULL DESK RECRUITER needed for busy and expanding Austin Texas based staffing and placement firm. Our firm specializes in Construction and Industrial staffing - skilled trades staffing in the construction and industrial markets, as well as higher level direct hire perm placements.  Our firm does both temp to perm and direct hire.

SUMMARY:

This position entails the implementation of recruiting strategies to interest candidates in applying for our positions. Further, the recruiter will perform: pre-screening, in-person interviews, candidate selection (hiring and termination), coordinating with our client's job sites including placement and occasional onsite morning check ins (7:00am). Position is ideally in office 80%, on job sites 20%.. Additionally the recruiter is the overseer of customer service calls ( QAQC);  OSHA safety onsite inspections of staffed projects -  (OSHA 10 training will be provided). Candidate would need to be comfortable in a construction or industrial environment.   When not staffing and sourcing your role would be business development, up selling, client service calls  ( so there is always a sales/BD component to being a FULL DESK recruiter) 

Ability to work with current office hours 7am-5pm is essential  !   ( if your not an early morning person, this might not be the right spot) 

COMPENSATION:

Salaried Position with lucrative bonus program.  ( opportunity to grow in position for those interested)  - Pay commensurate with experience. Bonus commensurate with strategic objectives being met.  The more successful you are- the more you make! 

 NOW THE TYPICAL STUFF - BUT IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS ( SAMPLING) :

• Ideal candidate will have minimum 6 mo years Recruiting/ staffing or placement experience or similar
• Proven successful experience developing or finding and sourcing new clients, up selling.  ( Full Cycle) 
• Min 2 Year degree preferred. ( or equivalent business experience) 
• Bilingual is a Plus in our industry.
• Heavy phone skills; customer service; written and verbal communication.
• Computer, data entry, ability to use specialty software's and learn quickly; able to with ease traverse the internet, advertising jobs, interacting with job boards; research and information gathering skills. In person communication is key.
• Ability to resolve problems and take corrective action when needed.
• Motivated, self assured, individual who has high organizational skills and able to manage your work day and work flow independently with little supervision.
• Ability to adhere to procedures and guidelines set forth and follow up with management and staff on your ability to meet and exceed tasks and goals.
• Must be a team player who can and will work to take charge of their objectives that will enable the team to meet goals.
• Interaction with and partnering with our sales person to ensure client needs are exceeded.
