WHAT IS CAMP STARLIGHT?

Embark on your Camp Starlight Journey this summer and travel to the endless mountains of Northeast Pennsylvania to join our staff. You will immediately be welcomed to the Starlight family, consisting of 300+ staff from all over the world and 500 amazing campers who can’t wait to meet YOU. Our campers will develop their athletic skills, learn the value of teamwork, dive into our beautiful private lakes, expand their creative minds, adventure to new heights, and learn how to truly be themselves.

With a positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with children, you will thrive in this role. Patience, flexibility and a willingness to wrestle in slime, sing and dance to a silly song, or put on a tutu are some of the basic requirements to have the best summer of your life.

Whether you have experience working with children, you are a college athlete, or specialize in a particular skill set related to our camp program, then Camp Starlight will be the perfect fit for you!

We offer an all-inclusive experience where counselors and campers live together in modern bunks, creating unforgettable memories.

Dates for Summer 2021 are Friday, June 18th until Thursday, August 15th.

For over 75 years, these are the words that have been used by campers, parents, and staff to define their experiences and memories of Camp Starlight. Camp Starlight is located in Starlight, Pennsylvania, just two and half hours northwest of New York City. A drive up our mile long private road will bring you to our 385-acre brother/sister campus, which includes our own private lakes and is surrounded by the “endless mountains” of Pennsylvania. Our brother/sister program allows boys and girls to enjoy separate activities during the day with all the elements of a single sex camp while still being together as a family for meals and many evening programs. Camp Starlight prides itself on its friendly campers, caring staff, quality program, and beautiful facility. Camp Starlight is accredited by the American Camp Association.
