    Advocates who successfully complete training will earn $17.00 per hour.

    We will provide a two-week training program prior to "going live".  Newly hired Advocates will accumulate roughly 40 hours of training time for each of those first two weeks.  TRAINING WILL BE A COMBINATION OF LIVE VIRTUAL CLASSROOM TRAINING AND SELF-PACED COURSEWORK (ALL COMPLETED FROM YOUR HOME)..  TRAINING WILL BE A COMBINATION OF LIVE VIRTUAL CLASSROOM TRAINING AND SELF-PACED COURSEWORK (ALL COMPLETED FROM YOUR HOME).

    OUR FIRST TRAINING CLASS IS DECEMBER 1ST.OUR FIRST TRAINING CLASS IS DECEMBER 1ST.

    The Advocate role be will be a position that can be done from the safety of your own home for the entire assignment.

    THE GIG:THE GIG:

    • Answer a broad range of inbound calls (in support of clients) in a professional, energetic, and positive manner…a little charm helps as well

    • Respond accurately and thoroughly to caller inquiries and document call detail accordingly

    • Must be a resourceful and creative problem solver who can constructively work with members of the team to find solutions.

    • Ensure compliance in all areas of processing, completing all transactions timely and accurately

    • Take accountability for entire process from receipt of work to resolution

    • Work under general supervision following established procedures

      • A headset that includes both speakers, but also a microphone, that will allow you to clearly and consistently handle calls from our clients.
