    THE ROLE

    Chamberlin’s Marketing and Business Development Team is a critical component of our sales model and, has helped fuel the company’s growth. You will have the opportunity to prospect into a portfolio of companies, engage in meaningful customers and, potential customer interactions. As you build the foundation for Chamberlin’s future success by driving new sales opportunities through innovative campaigns and events, you will also build a set of skills that differentiates you from your peers in the market. This role requires you to be highly motivated and driven to develop new business prospects from multiple sources including outbound marketing activity, prospecting lists, and personal discovery through individual research.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Identify and help develop strategic relationships with partners and potential customers

    · Assist in the development of a strong pipeline of new customers and projects through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting

    · Work with Marketing and B.D team to implement business development initiatives

    · Generate business through outbound lead activity and research companies to identify new prospects

    · Qualify inbound leads and prioritize opportunities and mobilize the appropriate internal resources to help accelerate our sales cycles

    · Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s product offerings

    · Effectively articulate Chamberlin’s competitive differentiators and value proposition to both prospects and existing customers

    · Nurture prospects through email and communication efforts and track activity in CRM database

    · Establish rapport and build strong relationships with all levels of stakeholders

    · Partner with Marketing to plan and attend events, tradeshows, webinars, presentations, and conferences

    · Represent the company at networking functions

    · Manage reports for sales activity, lead closings, and existing pipeline

    · Coordinate and support various marketing fulfillment activities

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    · Bachelor’s Degree

    · 2-5 years of experience in Business Development Marketing or Sales

    · Proven skills in account development, opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call structure/control, and time management

    · Self-motivated with a diligent work ethic

    · High level of integrity

    · Flexible to travel to regional training courses and events

    · High level of organization and time management

    · Excellent verbal and written communications skills

    · Can multi-task in a fast-paced environment

    · Action-oriented with the end-result in mind

    · Excellent knowledge of using MS Office and sales support tools (CRM practices, ability to create and deliver the presentation, prepare quotes, proposals, etc.)
