We believe that technology is leading and transforming lives all over the world and we want to help develop the next generation of problem-solvers. MBE works on major museums, landmark buildings, and skyscrapers and other zoning issues in some of NYCs most notable buildings. MBE has a hand in everything from real estate to renovation to development– and we want to document it all! We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

AS AN INTERN AT MBE, you will….

• Work alongside team members to aid in the creation of a series of webisodes/podcasts/social media content for MBE Media.
• Present your ideas (yes, even the crazy ones) to leadership along with a strategy to implement them.
• Produce, edit, and post videos/podcasts/clips suited for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram (reels, posts, and stories) and other platforms.
• Keep up with emerging trends in video production, podcasts, real estate and social media.
• Ability to deliver in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Oversee production details and organization, including creating and conforming to budgets, monitoring video and data, and juggling multiple projects at different stages.
• Fail fast to grow quickly– we WANT you to make mistakes so we can help you fix and grow from them.
• Monitor audience engagement and perform SEO analysis to improve content production and delivery.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• MUST be located in NYC, this is an in-person position that we’re looking to activate ASAP. 
• The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative and creative thinker with video production experience (not required) and the ability to take the lead on creating content, often from scratch.
• Remember, if you can make it in New York, you can make it anywhere. Extensive experience isn’t necessary, but hunger and motivation are of utmost importance. 
• A sense of humor and love for all things social media and Internet. 
• Strong research skills.
• Mature judgment and individual initiative (basically we want someone who’s a self starter and is ready to execute and go go GO!).

THIS JOB WOULD BE GOOD FOR…

• Video producers, editors, photographers, etc. 
• Students majoring in film, communications, marketing, real estate, or any other related field (we aren’t particular, if you believe you can add value, we encourage you to apply and show us what you bring to the table). 
• Anyone with a passion for media and marketing. 
• Anyone who is already producing a podcast, YouTube channel, or TikTok. A large following isn't necessary, it's the content that matters.
