The Live Production Specialist is responsible for managing the team that executes all of the live production for services and events with emphasis on excellence and maintaining the overall standards set by the Live Production Team. This role manages events scheduling and ensures that those events are staffed with live production for the Gardens or our Royal Palm location, as well as more church wide Live Production responsibilities. This position is a full time, hourly (non-exempt) position, (typically Wednesday through Sunday), including weekends, some evenings, and extended hours during Christmas, Easter and major events, and reports to the Campus Pastor. We are looking for: * High school diploma required, college degree preferred. * 3-5 years of experience in live production. * Broad knowledge, high level of experience in and operation of audio, lighting, staging and video equipment we are relying on you to bring it all together: lights, camera, action! * Demonstrated leader with experience in training, managing and mentoring volunteers mentoring is your passion. * Gifted in organizational leadership, project management and team management * Effective and direct communicator * Flexible and adaptable, ability to trouble shoot and think out of the box. * Professional level ability and knowledge of production equipment and operation. * Ability to set up and take down production equipment, including but not limited to, cameras, tripods, lights, sandbags. * Ability to lift 50+ pounds as necessary for the production equipment.
