    Job Description

    The Digital Education Coordinator position is a Digital Education content development and deployment role designed to elevate the Dior client service experience and achieve North America sales objectives though on-demand trainings, TikTok style video content and education. This role will lead the planning, strategy, content development for internal e-learning and external e-learning platforms as well as all video tutorial content. Full time New York Office based position within the North America Education Team at Dior.

    PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Partner with Senior Director of Education to oversee the MyDior app (internal e-learning platform) content development for seasonal product launches, core service platforms and onboarding.
    • Conceptualize, adapt, and write training modules throughout the year. Strong writing and project management experience needed.
    • Partner with Central Education, North America Marketing, dior.com to ensure all key product information is positioned to our market and North America business needs.
    • Work in synergy with Key Account Management team and Marketing to plan and execute all content, including video needs related to each retailer account.
    • Develop and execute all backend system functionality related to the My Dior App.
    • Maintain a consistent inventory of retailer video system library assets and needs. Update as needed.
    • Plan Digital Content Calendar seasonally and quarterly for internal and external platforms.
    • Work in tandem with Senior Director of Education on Tutorial video content production—script development, filming, production, and talent needs.
    • Partner with North America Marketing to ensure consistency in product messaging by launch.
    • Track and monitor all KPI’s related to digital training and report monthly to North America field team.
    • Engage Beauty Stylists with e-learning platforms to drive higher sales performance in store across North America.
    • Asset Management – Edit, arrange, and filter education content on as needed basis.
    • Partner with additional departments who publish updates on the MyDior app- Visual Merchandising, PR/Communications.
    • Oversee Adaptation and curriculum writing for any as needed virtual/digital trainings outside of the annual education calendar including Seasonal workshop and on boarding trainings.

    Training Tools

    • Partner with Senior Education Director on updates to training programs including: MyDior Experience, Welcome to Dior, Seasonal Beauty Stylist Magazine, and others.

    • Develop seasonal new product launch strategies by writing Product Showcases for the Beauty Stylists and Sales Field, etc.

    • Coordinate the gathering and emailing of assets for Education Videos (Dillard’s, Ulta, Sephora) to video production team.

    • Assist on the day of video shoot and aid in post-production assistance with media company.

    • Communicate and manage content uploads on MyDior app for Beauty Stylists and Retail Development team.

    • Conduct all other job-related activities.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience in prestige cosmetics sales and education (sell-thru)
    • Strong written, verbal, and digital communication skills
    • Must possess a strong curriculum writing foundation, basic understanding of adult learning principles
    • Experience working across multiple teams and functions preferred
    • Excellent communicator in English – both verbal & written
    • Strong Organizational Skills, Self-Motivated, and a Team Player
    • Proficient in Canva, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat. Design skills are a plus.
    • Limited travel required based on needs of the business
    • Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment

    LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance and tenure.

    While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $69k-$75k.
