  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    ** Position Overview:**

    Drive Client Engagement via support of the education and development needs of Dior through the project management of education materials, forecasting, key training initiatives, and communication tools.

    ** Principal Duties and Responsibilities:**

    • Manage 360 forecast and inventory plans of product needs for the field and training team to support tri-axis launches. This includes partnership with marketing and operations cross functional teams.
    • Responsible for the tracking, management and planning of the North America Education Budget in partnership with the Senior Director of Education.
    • Strategize on all Beauty Stylist gratis programs including Seasonal Gratis, free choice gratis, launch-specific and needs for all development meetings and events. This includes forecasting, allocation communication, and managing the full shipping process.
    • Manage strategy, forecasts, inventory levels and budget allocation of Beauty Stylist Uniforms. Responsible for communication and Central partnership on all elements. Lead field communication and warehouse communication planning for online ordering process.
    • Partner with KAM team and Sales Development to communicate all BC/Field related tools and programs on planning timeline.
    • Lead the Beauty Stylist and NYO Retail Development Holiday Gift program annually.
    • Responsible for the forecasting, execution and logistics of the Beauty Stylists/Field Longevity Award program in partnership with the Field leadership.
    • Manage the Welcome to Dior onboarding support program elements and logistics.
    • Responsible for training tools that encompass North America workshops including Seasonal Workshop, My Dior Experience Workshops, holiday, ongoing training programs and Specialization.
    • Communicate with Canada on field planning and logistical needs.
    • Partner with Director of Sephora & Ulta Education and Events on all Gratis and Beauty Advisor tools.
    • Partner with Sr. Director Education on specialist training and support materials, such as: Dillard’s Beauty Directors, Macy’s Account Coordinators, and other leadership programs within the North America Field.
    • Communicate seasonally in retailer meetings to sell in the BC and field facing programs to drive sales plan achievement.
    • Adapt and write curriculum where needed to support field tri- axis programs.
    • Conduct all other job-related activities.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in marketing/events/education design and execution; beauty industry preferred
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Highly organized with ability to prioritize and manage deadlines
    • Self-Motivated and ability to take initiative
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
    • Creative and strategic thinker; detail-oriented multi-tasker
    • Travel required based on needs of the business
    • Fluency or working knowledge of French is preferred
    • Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment

    While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $89-133k.
