    Job Description

    As the PR & Ambassador Relations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management and growth of our dynamic North America Expert Ambassador network and programs, along with corresponding global and local initiatives across all three product categories: skincare, fragrance, and makeup.

    You will work alongside the PR & Events Manager in supporting the Director of PR & Events, as well as the larger Parfums Christian Dior US PR team for all ambassador and expert-related initiatives. You will also partner closely with cross-functional global and local teams (including brand content, marketing, retail, legal, and education teams) to support and execute brand communications and image strategies as it relates to Expert Ambassadors, including the Digital PR, Events, and Entertainment Relations teams.

    This role is full-time and based in the Parfums Christian Dior New York offices.

    THE ROLE:

    • Lead and support the ideation, planning and execution of the US market's PR & Expert Ambassador programs and related strategies for each product category (makeup & nails, fragrance, skincare), including Makeup Artist Ambassadors & Relations
    • Support overall retail and business objectives and KPIs through the strategic activation of expert ambassadors, including EMV, DMR, audience reach, engagement and conversions by campaign and initiative.
    • Manage all day-to-day communications with existing network of Dior US Expert Ambassadors and serve as the main Dior point of contact (internally and externally) for all experts and their teams, ensuring timely delivery of contract deliverables and spearheading contract renewal negotiations.
    • Partner closely with the PR & Events Manager to ensure Expert & Ambassador programs are supporting PR earned media and editorial strategies, to maintain and grow DMR rankings cross-category.
    • Manage expert digital and brand content briefing and creation with central and local teams (including concepting, briefing, shoot logistics, and content approvals and posting coordination) to ensure content delivers against brand KPIs, including EMV.
    • Grow and scale existing US Expert programs and support Global expert network growth within the market by developing new brand ambassador partnerships from start to finish, including casting, relationship development, and all contract negotiations.
    • Partner closely with Manager of Entertainment Relations for all VIP Makeup Artist relations and bookings, product seedings, and red-carpet sponsorships surrounding key brand image moments (e.g. Fashion Week, Awards Season) locally and globally.
    • Manage all Expert-related administrative duties including but not limited to events and travel logistics, content shoot production, budget management, PR & Events calendar management, Tribe campaign monitoring and reporting, product seedings, product trainings, and events.
    • Develop excellent working relationships with cross-functional teams (marketing, digital, commerce, education, media, e-retail, etc.) to deliver strong, impactful results.
    • Be able to analyze campaign success and manage the collation of reports that the wider business is well informed on local PR & Expert Ambassador initiatives
    • Foster and develop relationships with key industry experts and tastemakers
    • Support production and execution of expert-related events/activations with Director of PR & Events
    • Assist with managing timelines, mailer lists, and execution of makeup artist and expert mailers for product launches across all categories
    • Manage all red carpet artist activity for celebrity events and fashion shows involving our experts & sponsored makeup artists, including sponsorship negotiations with agents/management teams, sponsorship invoices and budgets, and creating and distributing ‘Get the Look’ beauty breakdowns.
    • Be at the forefront of understanding marketing, culture and social media trends and serve as an expert in the space while being able to think critically and provide strategic insights

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 4-5 years of public relations or talent agency experience, preferably with global luxury fashion or beauty brands
    • Strong understanding of the traditional and digital press landscape and respective KPIs
    • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
    • Adaptability and multi-tasking capability, with solid time management
    • Demonstrate ability to work in a collaborative environment and dynamically align to changing business conditions
    • Proven PR track record, strategic mindset, creative, team player and budget management
    • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
    • Strong global experience with a deep knowledge for local needs and nuances
    • Creative problem solver able to thrive in fast paced environment
    • Must possess excellent creative, verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail
    • Creative and out of the box thinker
    • Highly motivated, nimble self-starter with ability to work independently
    • Team player mentality with the mindset that no task is too small

    While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $80,000 - $110,000.
